Phở Rolls caters offices, weddings, family gatherings, and the occasional film set across the greater Seattle area. We are a small kitchen with a long memory — we work hard to earn the second order.

Three steps, one good lunch.

Tell us about it.

A line on what, who, and when. Use the form below or telephone us. We answer within one business day, often sooner.

ii.

We design the menu.

Based on headcount, dietary needs, time of day, and the weather. We send a quote with a quoted total and delivery slot.

iii.

We arrive on time.

By the tray or by the box — within fifteen minutes of the slot. Hot food kept hot, herbs kept fresh, and everything labelled. Or pick up at our Renton kitchen.

Drop-off or pickup, by the tray or by the box. We do not staff events; if you need on-site service we'll happily refer you to friends in the city who do.

Family-style trays in disposable serving pans — half pan feeds 8–10, full pan feeds 18–22. Includes plates, utensils, napkins, serving spoons. We arrive, we unload, we go. Or pick up at our Renton kitchen, no fee.

§ VII — Asked enough

Common questions.

How far in advance do I need to book?
Forty-eight hours for both tray and box orders. We'll do our best with shorter notice — call us. The closer to the date, the more limited the menu options become.
What is your minimum order?
$150 for tray orders. Boxed individual meals require a minimum of ten boxes.
Do you accommodate vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free?
Yes. We have a full vegan menu — phở chay, gỏi cuốn chay, lemongrass tofu over rice or vermicelli. Most of our rice and noodle dishes are gluten-free as written. Soy and shellfish allergies need 48-hour notice; we share a kitchen, so we can't promise zero cross-contact.
Can we keep the food warm?
We deliver tray food at temperature in insulated carriers and recommend it be eaten within ninety minutes of arrival. For longer holds, ask about our chafer rental ($15 per dish, refundable deposit).
Cancellation policy?
Free up to forty-eight hours before the event. After that, we charge fifty percent of the food cost. Within twenty-four hours, the order is non-refundable — we have already shopped for you.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes — $2 million general liability and $1 million per-event coverage. We can name your venue as an additional insured with a week's notice.
Can I customize a package?
Always. The three packages above are starting points. We've built menus around regional tastes (a wedding for a couple from Huế and Saigon required two different fish-sauce ratios, which we honored), dietary needs, and budget targets. Tell us what you want.
Do you cater outside Vietnamese cuisine?
No. We are a Vietnamese kitchen, by family and by training, and we believe in cooking only what we cook well.
