How we handle your information.
We are a family-run Vietnamese kitchen. We collect only what we need to feed you, answer your enquiries, and stay in touch. We do not sell your information.

What we collect
When you contact us through this website, we collect the information you give us:
- Name, email, and (optionally) phone number, when you fill out an enquiry or quote form.
- Event details — date, headcount, venue, dietary needs — when you ask us to cater.
- Email address, when you subscribe to occasional letters from the kitchen.
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser, page visited) when you load this site, kept for thirty days for security and basic analytics.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare your quote, and confirm your order.
- To send the occasional letter from the kitchen, if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve this website and the food we serve.
Who we share it with
We share information only with parties needed to do the job:
- Our payment processor, when you pay a deposit or settle a bill.
- Our delivery partner, when one is arranged for your event.
- Government authorities, when required by law.
We do not sell your information. We do not share your information for advertising purposes.
Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies — only what is required to make the site function and, if enabled, to count anonymous visits. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
You may write to us at any time to:
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from our letters.
- Withdraw consent for any optional use.
We will reply within thirty days. If you live in California, the EU, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy laws, you have additional rights under those laws — write to us and we will honor them.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and order records are kept for three years for tax and warranty reasons. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for thirty days.
Security
We store information on commercially reasonable, encrypted services. No system is perfect; if we ever discover a breach affecting your information, we will tell you within seventy-two hours.
Children
This site is not directed to children under thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page when our practices change, and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for thirty days.
